Note: if you use Macbook, you uninstall old Office then you download Office from here: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Step 1: You go https://setup.office.com/ to bind the Microsoft Office product key to your Microsoft account. If you haven’t Microsoft account, you create an account.

Step 2: You download Microsoft Office here: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If you installed Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus, you can skip step 2

Step 3: You login the Microsoft account to Office. Then you activate it

How to transfer license of Microsoft Office bind key from old pc to new pc

After you binded the key to your Microsoft account, license of Office 2016/2019/2021 will go with Microsoft account.

If you want to transfer Office 2016/2019/2021 license from old pc to new pc, you log out your email from Office 2019 of old pc and sign in it to Office 2019 of new pc.
