How to find out which edition of Microsoft Office you are running

• Microsoft Office 2003

• Microsoft Office 2010
• Microsoft Office 2013
• Microsoft Office 2016
• Microsoft Office 2019
• Microsoft Office 365

Note:

1. The product key for Microsoft Office 2010 can’t use to activate Microsoft Office 2013/ Microsoft Office 2016/ Microsoft Office 2019/ Microsoft Office 365. So you need to buy the right editions of your Office you use.
2. The product key for Microsoft Office 2010 Pro Plus is different from the product key for Microsoft Office 2010 Standard.

How to find your edition of Microsoft Office you are running

Step 1: You open Word or Excel

Step 2: You click “File“. Then you select “Account” or “Help” depending on your Office version.
